Office Rental​

 

The Equal Ground office is headquartered in Orlando, FL, just one exit from downtown Orlando in the 32805 zip code. Our office space is available for rental 7 days a week to small businesses, organizations, churches, and the like for meetings, events, gatherings, celebrations, etc. Here are a few specific details about the office:

• 2 private offices

• 1 conference room to accommodate 20 people with two TV monitors for projection 

• 8 cubicles for individual work 

• Full Kitchen for warming and light food preparation

• 2 restrooms 

• On property and street parking

• 24-hour exterior security surveillance 

• Alarm system

Additional Details:

• Hourly Rental Rate (Minimum 2-hour rental) - $75 per hour

• Full rental fee will be due at the time of rental booking 

• Cancellation must occur 48 hours prior to the rental date in order to receive a 50% refund

• A pre and post rental walk through will be conducted. If damages occur during your rental, a damage fee will be assessed.
